Namaste London : Resurgence of a New India & Launch of Two Books on Hon’ble PM Modi (14-December-2023)

The House of Commons in London recently hosted the ‘Namaste London: Resurgence of a New India’ event organized by the Indian Minorities Foundation (IMF) and IEBF, where prominent UK lawmakers and political leaders praised India’s transformative role on the global stage under the visionary leadership of Hon’ble Prime Minister Narendra Modi over the past nine years.

During the event, attended by distinguished figures from various fields, including politics, business, and education, the IMF delegation, led by Mr. Vijay Goel, Founder, IEBF, emphasized India’s significant strides in technology and economic prowess. The Indian diaspora in the UK expressed support for PM Modi’s leadership, citing India’s dynamic trajectory toward economic resilience, global problem-solving, and proactive peacekeeping.

A highlight of the event was the release of two books on Hon’ble PM Modi at the House of Commons, marking the first instance of such an occurrence for any Indian Prime Minister. The books, ‘Igniting Collective Goodness: Mann Ki Baat @100’ and ‘Heartfelt-The Legacy of Faith,’ delve into the transformative impact of Hon’ble PM Modi’s monthly radio broadcast and document his belief in Sikh Guru’s teachings.

UK lawmakers endorsed Hon’ble PM Modi’s inclusive vision and the concept of the world as ‘One Family.’ They acknowledged India’s meteoric rise under Hon’ble PM Modi’s leadership, acknowledging his role as a powerful global voice and India’s active role as a global peace-maker.

The event also witnessed the passing of the ‘London Resolution,’ wherein the Indian diaspora pledged support for India’s progress and development under Hon’ble PM Modi’s vision of a ‘developed India by 2047.’ The growing bilateral relations between India and the UK were celebrated, entering a new phase in recent years with Hon’ble PM Modi assuming office, further solidifying his status as a popular and powerful world leader.

Visit of Business delegation of India Europe Business Forum To Slovenia & Presenting of Make in India 3rd Edition (5-December-2023)

The collaborative initiative between the Embassy of India and Slovenia along with Pormuski Sejem on December 5, 2023, convened delegates from both nations to fortify diplomatic and economic ties. Distinguished guests, including HE Namrata S Kumar, the Ambassador of India to Slovenia; Mr. Amit Sinha, Special Principal Secretary, Sports, Government of Uttarakhand; Ms. Uma Dhyani, Head of Chancery, Embassy of India; Mr. Rajendra Bagade, Director of Indian Global Chamber of Businesses (IGCOB); Mr. Rok Capl. Acting Director, SPIRIT Slovenia; Mr. Boris Erjavec, Pormuski Sejem, along with other esteemed representatives from both the Slovenian and Indian governments, played pivotal roles, emphasizing the commitment of India and Slovenia to mutual cooperation.

The presence of Mr. Sunil Kumar Gupta, Co-founder of IEBF, who served as the keynote speaker. Mr. Gupta representing India not only stressed the need for strengthened bilateral ties but also presented his book, “Make in India (3rd edition),” paving the way for Slovenian enterpreneurs, business leaders and Startups to enter into the Indian market. His insights resonated with Hon’ble Prime Minister Sh. Narendra Singh Modi’s initiative, a focal point of discussion during the event.
